Editors are the people who create, score, and treat risks — anyone with the Admin or Editor role. Only Editors count toward your seat total. Free includes 3 Editors; Team and above are unlimited.
Are Viewers really free?+
Yes. Viewers and Stakeholders (read-only or comment-only roles) are always unlimited and free on every plan — including Free. You never pay to share visibility.
Is there a limit on the number of risks?+
No. Every plan includes unlimited risks. You should never have to choose which risks to track. Paid plans unlock more risk boards and Editors, not more risks.
What happens when I exceed a Free limit?+
Nothing breaks — you keep access to everything you've already created. When you try to create a second board or invite a 4th Editor, we show a friendly upgrade prompt for Team. Your existing data stays untouched.
Do you keep a change history?+
Yes, on every plan. Every change to a risk — score, treatment, owner, status — is tracked with who and when. Immutable change tracking is included on Free; auditability is a basic feature everyone gets, not a paid add-on.
