Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the EasyRisk.io service (the "Service") operated by [Legal entity name] ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

EasyRisk.io is an ISO 31000-aligned operational risk register. We offer Free and paid plans; feature and user (seat) limits are described on the pricing page.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Do not upload unlawful content or personal data you have no right to process.
  • Do not use the Service to send spam or malware.

5. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Data

You retain all rights to the data you enter. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy. You can request an export of your data at any time.

7. Availability and warranties

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We further reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably consider them inactive, unverified, spam, fraudulent, or otherwise created to abuse the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of [Zurich], subject to any mandatory consumer-protection provisions.
